During a 60-minute Healing Consultation, we’ll explore where you are, what’s weighing on you, and what kind of support you need most right now. From there, I’ll create a custom coaching package tailored to your unique goals, circumstances, and level of support.
Coaching with me is designed to be transformational, not permanent. My role is to help you build the tools, clarity, and self-accountability to navigate life with greater ease and purpose—even after our work together is complete.
Most clients begin by meeting with me weekly during the first month, alternating between 60-minute and 30-minute sessions, with text check-ins between sessions. A common starting package is $500/month.
Each month, we’ll revisit your progress and recalibrate your support as needed—often scaling down as your confidence and momentum grow.

Coaching and therapy serve different purposes.
Therapists diagnose and treat mental health conditions. They often explore the past to understand your current patterns and help you reach a baseline level of functioning. If your trauma is recent, or you're still struggling to function day-to-day, therapy may be the best fit right now.
Coaches, on the other hand, work with individuals who are already functioning but want to grow, heal, or move forward. I don’t diagnose or treat conditions—instead, I help you focus on the present and future, and equip you with the tools to create lasting change.

Sessions are held via Zoom. I ask that you have your camera on, as seeing one another creates a deeper connection and strengthens the impact of the session.
You’ll receive customized support, reflection, and actionable next steps during each session, plus light accountability between sessions if included in your package.

Some clients work with me for a few months. Others come back during transitional seasons when they want focused support again.
No long-term commitment is required. We move month-to-month, based on what’s best for you—no pressure, just progress.
You’re always welcome to pause or adjust your package. Life shifts, and your coaching can too. We’ll check in regularly to make sure your support still fits your needs and season of life.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
