Cancellation policy: Stephanie Hutchins must be notified via email at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled strategy session if the scheduled day and time are no longer convenient. If the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the call, no refund or rescheduling of the appointment will be provided.

Expiration and transferability policy: The strategy session expires twelve months from the date of payment. Although the session is not refundable, it is transferable to another person. If transferred, the session must still be used within 12 months of payment for the session.
