Cancellation policy: It is your responsibility to notify Stephanie Hutchins at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled coaching session if you cannot make the meeting. If the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of your call, no refund or rescheduling of the appointment will be available to you.
Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with the coaching sessions for any reason, you can request a refund for any remaining sessions. You will receive $150 for each one-hour session canceled. No previous coaching sessions will be refunded, and no refund will be provided for free sessions that were provided as part of a special offer. 
Unused coaching sessions will expire 18 months after you signed up for the coaching package.
